Established in 2023 by Thomas Andrew Stevens Jr., The Collaborative21 is a non-profit organization with a resolute commitment to empowering Veterans in their transformative journey toward a rewarding career in real estate. We facilitate access to funding, ensuring Veterans meet state requirements for pursuing a career in real estate.

Beyond real estate, we prioritize the holistic health of our Veterans, recognizing the importance of mental and physical well-being in their personal and professional lives. Our vision extends to expanding our programs to provide robust financial literacy programs, equipping Veterans with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the financial landscape with confidence and achieve sustainable success.

The Collaborative21 is committed to expanding its reach. We aspire to collaborate with Veteran organizations, offering specialized programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of their communities.
At the heart of the organization is a commitment to creating a vibrant career hub focused on empowering Veterans and fostering a supportive community where they can thrive together. Collaboration is at the core of our organization, ensuring that Veterans receive both individual support and opportunities to succeed both independently and collectively.
The Collaborative21 is more than a non-profit; it's a community where Veterans thrive together.
The Why
Founder's Message
Launching this nonprofit is deeply personal to me because of my journey as Thomas Andrew Stevens Jr., a disabled Marine Veteran, father and family man. My life has been profoundly shaped by the purpose, vibrant community and personal growth that a career in real estate brought into my life. Real estate to me was not just a job; it became a source of purpose that went beyond the transactions and blueprints.
Through my work, I found a way to contribute meaningfully to the world. Having battled addiction for a decade post-military service, real estate became my lifeline—a beacon guiding me toward personal growth and redemption.

This nonprofit is my way of extending that lifeline to fellow veterans, offering them the chance to discover purpose, become an integral part of a supportive community and experience profound personal growth. This initiative is more than a career path; it's a reflection of the transformative power of finding personal purpose, connecting with others and growing through one's experiences.
I want my fellow Veterans to not only witness the potential in real estate, but also discover how it can be a deeply personal journey, much like the one that has defined my life.
